Biography: Victor was an all-state performer at (Springfield) Lanphier High School, scoring 1,480 points in his outstanding career.  He was a three-time All-City honoree in Springfield and a 2nd team Associated Press All-State Player.  Victor went on to play at The University of Illinois where he participated in 120 games.  He was a team leader for the Illini, serving as team captain in 1999 and 2000.
