Biography: Jim Dunseth is truly a friend of basketball. Just ask any opponent of Waverly  High School during the 42 years, leading to his induction. That’s how long he was the scorekeeper there.  Dunseth kept score of every game of the Waverly Holiday Tournament from 1955 through 1967. Dunseth also served as the record keeper for the Waverly Tournament for more than 30 years. Just prior to his 1989 induction, he compiled an up-to-date tournament history from 1951 through 1988. Dunseth also compiling a 75-year history of Waverly basketball. From 1948 to 1957, Dunseth served on the Waverly School Board.
