Biography: From old St. Patrick’s High school to its successor, Bishop McNamara, Kankakee podiatrist Dr. J.T. Baldwin made his mark for the Irish basketball teams.  Dr Baldwin served the two schools as the scorekeeper in basketball and as the field announcer for football.  Additionally, Dr. Baldwin was extremely helpful in the treatment of athletic injuries dealing with the foot and ankle for many of the athletes throughout the Kankakee area, regardless of high school affiliation.  Dr. Baldwin was inducted into the IBCA Hall of Fame in 1975.  Dr. Baldwin passed away on August 31, 2001 at the age of 81.
