Biography: Frank got his start as color commentator for WJOL Radio in Joliet in 1984.  He became color commentator with Lockport Cable 10 Television in 1985 and four years later worked as a photographer for WHOI-TV in Peoria.  Frank went on to become director of the IHSA TV Network championships and from 2005 to 2019 directed football and basketball games for Weigel Broadcasting.  He has won numerous awards and been nominated for others including ESPN and Emmy Awards.
