Biography: Sue averaged 29 points per game and shot 60 percent from the field as a senior at Oak Forest High School. She was the top scorer in the 1979 state tournament with 65 points and was a two-time Champaign News-Gazette first-team all-stater.  Sue then starred at Florida State, where her 2,323 points were more than anyone in men’s or women’s program history at that time. She was an All-American and became the first female FSU athlete to have her number retired by the Seminoles.
