Biography: Blair was an all-around player at Effingham High School, amassing 2,540 points, 836 rebounds, 466 steals, 335 assists, 127 blocked shots and 132 3-point field goals. She averaged 24 points and 10 rebounds per game.  Blair was a four-time all-conference selection, a first-team all-stater, a Street & Smith honorable mention All-American and a McDonald’s All-American nominee. She later was a four-year letter winner and team captain at The University of Missouri, where she won the Hustle Award three times and the Tiger Free Throw Award.

After college, Blair has remained busy in basketball related jobs.  From 2007-2021, Hardiek served as the president and CEO of Azzi Academy which provides year-round basketball programming to youth in the Bay Area with an emphasis on leadership and life skills.  The University of Missouri-Columbia graduate was the Associate Head Coach and International
Recruiting Coordinator for the University of San Francisco Women’s Basketball Team from 2010-2016. Hardiek helped lead USF win its first WCC Championship and NCAA appearance in more than 20 years. Additionally, Hardiek served as the associate head coach at San Francisco State University, 2009-10.  From 2017-2021 NBA leadership leaned on Hardiek’s expertise to open Academies (in Australia, China, India, Mexico and Senegal) and help execute programming in each Academy.  As a sports analyst for the Golden State Warriors, Hardiek hosted the Warriors 30-minunte postgame show from 2019-21 for NBC Sports Bay Area.  Recently, Blair became the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the 2022 WNBA Champions, the Las Vegas Aces.
