Biography: A 1980 graduate, Kelle set the Kewanee High School girls’ basketball scoring record of 1,908 points. She also set records for career rebounds, field goals made, field goal percentage and career scoring average.  Kelle led Kewanee to the 1977 Elite Eight in the inaugural IHSA Girls State Tournament. She was a two-time all-state selection and two-time national coaches association All-American selection. She starred at Western Illinois University, where her jersey was retired and she has been inducted into the WIU Athlete Hall of Fame.
