Biography: Peter was a three-year starter and scored in double figures in 77 of 79 games at South Beloit High School. He averaged 26.8 points per game his senior year in 1985 and became the school’s all-time scoring leader with 1,831 points.  Peter was a three-time all-conference player and the 1985 Beloit Daily News Player of the Year. He earned all-state honors from the IBCA and Chicago Sun-Times. He went on to play four years at Centenary University.
