Biography: Kelly was a 2-time first team all-state player selection while at Okawville High School.  She helped her teams to a 3rd place IHSA State Finish and an IHSA State Championship.  For her prep career, she totaled 1,400 points and 548 assists.  Kelly was a scholar-athlete, MVP and was named the Southern Illinois Female Athlete of the Year.  She went on to play at McKendree University where she set a school record for 202 assists in a single season and earned all-conference player recognition.
