Biography: In the season prior to his HOF induction, Rodney earned his 500th victory in his 28th season at Ridgeview High School in his hometown of Colfax.  Win #500 came in the McLean County Tournament semifinals.  Rodney’s teams have won 7 McLean County Tournament championships, 7 conference titles, 6 IHSA Regional crowns and 2 IHSA Sectional Championships.  He has been on the bench for 14 seasons of 20+ wins and is a 3-time IBCA Coach of the Year.
