Biography: Sean’s teams have won 500+ games during his 30+ year head coaching career.  The first highlight, was the 1996 IHSA Class A State Championship team while he was coaching at Shelbyville High School.  Sean has also coached at (Decatur) St. Teresa High School, Macomb High School, Quincy (Sr.) High School, and Moline High School.  His 2001 Macomb team also made the state finals. In 2023, the second highlight was winning the IHSA Class 4A title with his Moline team.

Sean’s teams have tallied 15 IHSA Regional Titles, 5 IHSA Sectional Crowns, 3 IHSA Super-Sectional Victories and the 1996 and 2023 State Championships.
