Biography: Dan was a fixture at (Paris) Mayo Middle School, coaching girls’ basketball for 22 years.  His career record of 746-162 (through the 2018 season) was highlighted by IESA State Championships in 2006 and 2008.  Dan guided Mayo to 7 conference titles, 21 IESA Regional Championships, 13 IESA Sectional titles and 13 IESA State tournament appearances.  In addition to these state titles, his teams also placed 2nd twice and 4th twice.
