Biography: By 2017 Jim had been coaching junior high basketball for a whopping 54 years with a record of 1,008-456. He has coached at the 8th grade level since 1977, building an 835-386 mark.  Jim settled as coach after playing at (Freeport) Aquin from 1950-54.  He is so entrenched in the basketball program that Quin’s St. Joseph gym is aptly named “Jim-nasium”.
