Biography:

Dallis has played and coached basketball at the youth, high school and adult levels for more than 55 years prior to his induction. He has donated his time for the Argo, Summit and Countryside Park Districts and is beloved by all age groups.

Dallis played basketball in high school and junior college. He started teaching youth basketball in the mid-1980s, and in 1988 began a tutoring program for youths from multiple school districts. He has worked with some of the top players and coaches in Chicagoland.
