Biography: Jim has a 649-320 junior high record in 22 seasons as coach at Elmwood Grade School. He and his teams have
become synonymous with the Illinois Elementary School Association Class 2A state tournaments, having set a record
for the most state appearances.  Jim’s teams have won 17 conference championships, 22 regional titles and 15 sectional crowns. His state tournament record includes a first-place trophy, three runner-up trophies and a third place finish.
