Biography:

At the time of his induction, Marc Gellerman had been a part of Rock Island’s basketball heritage for more than 25 years.  After serving as a manager while in high school, Marc became one of Rock Island’s truly strong supporters.  He helped create a scholarship for Rock Island’s most valuable player in baskeetball.  He was closely associated with the Rock Island High School Basketball Program as the color commentator of the radio for games.  Over the years, he accumulated a vast knowledge of Rock Island basketball history.
