Biography: Mike spent 26 years as the 8th grade coach at Washington Middle School.  He retired with a 403-126 record, coached in 2 IESA Final Fours, 2 Elite Eights, 7 Sweet 16 and won 12 IESA Regionals.  Mike was honored in 2006 with the dedication of the Mike Adams Gymnasium in the former Washington Grade School.  Mike guided Washington to 15 conference titles.  His 8th grade teams always practiced with the 7th grade squads.  Together they won 805 games in his 26 seasons.
