Biography: Roger enjoyed successful coaching stints at Nokomis and DuQuoin High Schools.  His teams were 76-30 at Nokomis from 1975-79 followed by a 124-71 record at DuQuoin from 1979-86.  He coaches 5 IHSA Regional Championship teams and 2 IHSA Sectional winners.  Roger made a unique switch when he left the bench for a seat at the microphone.  He served as the radio voice of DuQuoin Indians basketball on WDQN from 1987-2001.
