Biography: Frank has provided numerous services at the high school level for Rockford area basketball players.  Among his many contributions is providing sports psychology services for coaches and players.  Frank was an assistant coach at (Rockford) Guilford High School from 1991-1995.  He has been a confidant to coaches and players.  Many in the Rockford area consider him to be a super fan since he has attended more than 60 high school and college games in a year.
