Biography: Tom retired in February 2019 after 40 years as an IHSA basketball official. He is a past president of the Bloomington-Normal Officials Association and a member of the organization since 1979.  Tom won the BNOA Allan Russell Award in 1998 for outstanding service to the association and was selected for induction into its Hall of Fame in 2020. He worked the IHSA Girls’ State Basketball Tournaments in 2006, 2007 and 2011.   Bucky was an IHSA certified football and basketball clinician from 1999-2019.
