Biography: Dave has logged 25 years as a boys’ coach and eight with the girls’ teams.  He was a boys’ assistant coach for 16 years at Elgin High School before serving as head coach at DeKalb High School( 1 year) and Waubonsie Valley High School (8 years).  Dave had a head coaching record of 187-65 record, winning four IHSA Regional titles, and earning IBCA district Coach of the Year honors in 2002 and 2004.  He also was an assistnat girls’ coach for eight years at Waubonsie Valley.
