Biography: Harold “Slick” Parrish helped with photography and filming of basketball games at his alma mater, Taylorville High School, from the early 1950’s through 2011 for home and away games.  He has continued to mentor those filming the home games.  Harold was a 5’9″ center on the 1944-45 Taylorville team that won 30 games.  He has been honored by numerous organizations for his long service to Taylorville, including induction into the Taylorville Sports Hall of Fame.  “Slick” Parrish died on February 12, 2021 at the age of 93.
