Biography:

Steve has been the radio voice of Lawrence County for more than three decades. The news and sports director at WAKO, he has done play-by-play for every Lawrenceville High School basketball and football game since 1996. He also has broadcast many games involving the Red Hill Salukis.

A 1975 Lawrenceville graduate, Steve worked at radio stations in Carmi and Washington, Indiana, before coming home to WAKO. He regularly provided newscasts and sportscasts in addition to his play-by-play work.
