Biography: At the time of his Hall of Fame induction, bob had built a girls’ basketball dynasty in his 19 seasons as Morton (IL) High School’s head coach.  In 2018, the Potters were 31-2, losing to eventual class IHSA 3A State Champion (Peoria) Richwoods in the IHSA Sectional Finals.  This loss ended a string of three consecutive IHSA 3A State Championships for Morton.  Bob’s career record of 446-146 (as of 2018), includes 12 IHSA Regional titles, 6 IHSA Sectional championships, and two IHSA 4th place finishes in addition to the three state titles.
