Biography:

Frank has kept the scorebook for more than 2,400 high school varsity basketball games. Most have been for the Normal Community boys’ and girls’ teams. His 1,719 Normal Community games include 865 girls’ games and 854 boys’ contests.

Frank also has kept the book at the annual Thanksgiving Intercity Tournament and the State Farm Holiday Classic. He has received the State Farm Classic Volunteer of the Year and Big 12 Conference Service awards.
