Biography:

At the time of her induction, Joni had built a 451-198 record in 22 years as girls’ head coach at Rockford Lutheran High School. Joni is a seven-time IBCA District Coach of the Year.

Joni has coached Rockford Lutheran to 7 Big Northern Conference titles and 12 IHSA Regional championships – six in 3A, four in 2A and two in 1A. Her 2010-11 team was a 2A IHSA Sectional champion and her 2014-15 squad won an IHSA 3A Sectional title.
