Biography: Stanley A. Changnon was the first coach to win two consecutive state championships in Illinois history.  His Mt. Vernon Rams turned the trick in 1949 and again in 1950, going 33-0 the latter season.  His career record is from Johnston City, West Frankfort, and Mt. Vernon.
