Biography:

Darrin became the head girls’ basketball coach at Carlinville High School since 2006 and also serves as the school’s athletic director. At the time of his induction, he had guided Carlinville to a 350-217 record and had more than 400 head coaching wins in his career.

Darrin’s Carlinville teams have won six IHSA Regional championships, one IHSA Sectional title and made an IHSA Elite Eight appearance. He also was boys’ head coach at Stillman Valley High School for four seasons and spent two years as men’s head coach at MacMurray College.
