Biography: Dale has been a fixture at Arthur-Lovington High School and Arthur-Lovngton-Atwood-Hammond High School for more than three decades.  His coachng ledger includes 15 years as boys’ head coach, eight as girls’ head coach and seven years as a boys’ assistant coach.  Dale’s 268-150 boys’ head coaching record includes 4 IHSA Regional titles and 2 IHSA Sweet 16 appearances.  His 121-98 girls’ head coaching mark includes 2 IHSA Regional titles and 1 IHSA Sweet 16 appearance.  His combined record (head coach and assistant coach) was 528-301 through the 2018 season.
