Biography: When he retired from coaching in 2016, Bob’s teams had earned a 605-503 career mark after 44 years of coaching.  He coached on the boys’ basketball staffs of (Elgin) St. Edward High School (1972-77), Westmont High School (1977-85), and Wheeling High School (1985-2007).  Bob was the assistant girls’ coach at (Arlington Hts.) Hersey High School from 2007-2016.  Bob was on the bench for 6 IHSA Regional Championships and helped the 2010 Hersey girls’ squad earn a 4th place trophy in the IHSA Class 4A State Tournament.
