Biography: Mike’s 30-year coaching career included 3 years as an assistant and 23 years as the head coach at (Wheaton) St. Francis High School.  He had 315 varsity victories highlighted by a 4th place finish in the 1989 IHSA Class A State Tournament.  Mike’s teams won 3 IHSA Regional Championships, 1 IHSA Sectional Title, 1 IHSA Super-sectional win in addition to 9 conference championships.  He is a long time history teacher at the school and considered a real rock of the St. Francis community.
