Biography: Teri is the co-author with Anne Ryman of The Amazing Appleknockers: Illinois’ Cinderella Basketball Team of 1964.  The book was designed to document and preserve the story of Cobden High School’s historic basketball team.  A school of 147 students, Cobden High School captivated Illinois basketball fans by reaching the IHSA State Title Game, losing to Pekin High School by a score of 50-45.  Teri and Anne grew up in Cobden.  The research, writing, editing, and publishing of the book took nearly eight years.
