Biography: Jimmy (better known as “Catfish” by his friends), was the vice-president of the Metro East Black Officials Association as well as a successful football coach and athletic director.  As the AD at (East St. Louis) Lincoln High School, Jimmy allowed young officials to work scrimmages, then hired them for JV games to improve their skills.  Jimmy turned his school into a training ground for young officials in the Metro area.
