Biography: Sue first became involved in organized sports in second grade.  Sports became a lifetime avocation and vocation.  She was a prep standout at Homewood-Flossmoor High School and a 2-year starter at the University of Illinois.  Sue had a 38-33 record as (Country Club Hills) Hillcrest High School’s head girls’ coach.  The squad won 2 conference titles.  She then was 250-126 in 14 seasons at Oak Forest High School, winning 5 conference titles, 3 IHSA Regional crowns, and an IHSA Sectional championship.  Moving into administration, Sue continued to create opportunities and equity for girls’ athletics in the south suburbs.  In 2016, Sue was inducted into the Illinois Athletic Directors Association Hall of Fame.
