Biography: Bill Baffes for 15 years served as timer at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. He served as president of the H-F Booster Club and for several years organized trips to H-F road games. Baffes is a firm supporter of the H-F coaches. During the eight years Baffe’s son, who was an all-state selection, attended Homewood-Flossmoor and Illinois Wesleyan(where he was captain), Baffes missed but three games played by the two schools. Baffes sponsored and coached a college level summer league team for two years.
