Biography: Rich joined the basketball coaching staff at (Chicago) DuSable High School in 1991. He served as a coach at DuSable for 15 years and at (Chicago Lindbloom) High School for one season. At Lindbloom, his team advanced to the Public League Blue Division title game.  Dr. Morgan was involved in many Chicago programs helping children. He became the leader of the Windy City Small Fry basketball program. For 20 years, the program has grown and has become well known internationally.
