Biography: George was a fixture at (Troy) Triad High School basketball games for 40+ years.  Players, coaches, and fans have grown accustomed to seeing his face at the scorer’s table from one season to the next.  George has run the clock and scoreboard as well as keeping the scorebook at Knights’ games since 1976.  He also coached junior high school basketball at Marine, Illinois.
