Biography: Eileen began teachng in the Saunemin School District in 1978.  Since that time, even after her retirement in 2011, she served as the boys’ basketball scorekeeper.  It is estimated that Eileen has kept score for more than 3,000 basketball games in the high school, junior high school, and grade school levels.  That’s a lot of buzzer beaters, blowouts and everything in between.  She was at the Saunemin scorer’s table for 40+ years.
