Biography: Jim spent 33 years as the News Director at WCMY 1430-AM but also brought local sports to the Ottawa area for 35 years with his longtime broadcast partner, Jim Thompson.  Jim retired as the News Director in 2005 but he and Thompson remained the voices of Ottawa High School and (Ottawa) Marquette High School.  Jim spent a three-year stint at WKOT-FM in Marseilles from 2007 to 2010, then returned to WCMY until he retired from calling sports in 2012.
