Biography: At the time of his collegiate graduation, Jack Sikma owned every record at Illinois Wesleyan University. He followed a fantastic prep career at St. Anne High School where he led the Cardinals to a 4th place finish in the IHSA state tournament. He then led the Titans of IWU to the NAIA tournament 3 times. During that time, Jack averaged 21.1 ppg. He was the CCIW MVP three times and a three-time NAIA All-American player. As a senior he was the top vote getter for the Associated Press College Division All-American Team. In 1977, Jack was the 8th player drafted into the NBA. He then began his pro career by leading the Seattle Sonics to three straight NBA playoff appearances. Jack was a key player on the 1979 NBA Championship team with the Sonics. For his career, Jack scored 17,287 points and grabbed 10,816 rebounds. In addition to the IBCA Hall of Fame, Jack is a member of the NAIA Hall of Fame, The Small College Hall of Fame and in 2019 the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
