Biography: Don Ohl was an all-state player at Edwardsville HS in 1954.  Don went to the University of Illinois where he was an all Big Ten player in 1957 and 1958.  In 1958 he was also an NCAA all-American player.  At Illinois he averaged 20 PPG and scored 1230 career points.  After college, Don as an AAU All-American in 1960 with the Peoria Cats before entering the NBA where he was a 5 time All Star.  He played with the Detroit Pistons, Baltimore Bullets, and Atlanta Hawks.  In Baltimore, he was the team MVP in 1965 and again in 1966.
