Biography: Sara was an all-state player at (Olney) East Richland High School.  She totalled 2,503 points for her career.  This included 274 three-point shots made.  Her 686 career steals ranked 4th in IHSA history at the time of her graduation.  Her 931 total field goals placed her 13th on the IHSA list.  Sara twice made 20 field goals in a game.  She led her team to the IHSA Class AA Elite Eight in 2002.  Sara earned a scholarship to Illinois State University and played four seasons for the Redbirds.
