Biography: 

Terry has been an instrumental figure in the Illinois Basketball Officials Association (IBOA) since the organization’s inception. He has helped train, educate and mentor hundreds of officials throughout the Central Illinois area.

Terry’s career on the court has been exemplary. He has had 42 postseason assignments, proof of how highly regarded his work has been. The highlight of all of those postseason assignments was working the IHSA state tournament three times.
