Biography:

Corry Irvin had a 449-77 record in 18 seasons as girls’ head coach at (Chicago) Whitney Young High School.  She led the Dolphins to three IHSA Class 4A state championships, two runner-up finishes, two third places and two fourth places.

Corry’s teams won 17 IHSA Regionals and 12 IHSA Sectionals. She also had a 46-8 mark in two seasons as women’s head coach at St. Xavier University and a 7-26 mark in his first year at Chicago State. Her overall record is 502-111 for 21 seasons at the time of her induction.
