Biography: 

Rich won 83 games as the boys’ head coach at (Chicago) Gordon Tech High School from 1992-99 and posted 322 wins at (Frankfort) Lincoln-Way East High School from 2001-2024, giving him 405 career victories. His 405-380 record included two IHSA Regional titles at Gordon Tech and two more at Lincoln-Way East.

Rich also coached Lincoln-Way East to two conference championships and numerous holiday tournament titles. On the college level, he was an assistant at DePaul University for four years and at The University of Illinois-Chicago for two seasons.
