Biography:

Jim’s outstanding 30-year officiating career included 18 IHSA Regionals, 9 IHSA Sectionals, 4 IHSA Super-sectionals and two state tournament trips. He worked the state finals in 2019 and 2023, highlighted by officiating the 2023 Class 4A state championship game.

Jim worked the IBCA Class 3A/4A All-Star Game in 2021. He has served as vice president of basketball for the Southwestern Athletic Officials Association and the Southern Illinois Egyptian Officials Association.
