Biography:

At the time of his induction, Aaron had just completed his 26th year of officiating boys’ high school basketball. His assignments have included 26 IHSA Regionals, 21 IHSA Sectionals and 10 IHSA Super-sectionals, as well as numerous holiday and county tournaments.. 

A highlight came in 2024 when Aaron was head referee for the IHSA Class 2A state championship game. It was his third trip to the state tournament, the others coming in 2017 and 2018. He also has officiated football for 26 years, including a state championship game.
