Biography:

Nick has a 425-260 career record in 24 seasons as a high school head coach. He had a 168-93 mark in nine seasons at (Addison) Driscoll Catholic High School. His Driscoll teams won three conference championships, three IHSA Regionals and one IHSA Sectional.  Nick was still the winningest coach in program history when the school closed its doors in 2009.

At the time of his induction, Nick was already the winningest coach in Hinsdale Central High School history with 257 victories. His teams won four conference and three IHSA Regional championships. His 2022-23 squad set a school record with 31 wins and his 2024-25 team won a school-record 25 straight.
