Biography:

John Nolan built one of the top small-school girls’ basketball programs in Illinois.  His teams went 546-222 in 28 years at Byron High School. His 1995-96 team went 28-5 and finished third in the IHSA Class A state tournament. He took teams to the IHSA Elite Eight in 1988 and 2006 with three other teams reaching the Sweet Sixteen. John’s teams won 17 IHSA Regional and 6 IHSA Sectional titles.  His teams had 20-win seasons 15 times.
