Biography:

Joe was one of the founding fathers of the Illinois Basketball Officials Association in 1985. He has helped train, educate and mentor hundreds of officials throughout the Central Illinois area.

Joe’s officiating career included 17 years of IHSA postseason assignments. He worked Class A and AA postseason games in the same year, an indication of his versatility and the respect he had from coaches at both levels. He worked two state finals in his distinguished career.
